We would like to invite you to be an prepared food exhibitor at the Raw Health Expo! Meet hundreds of potential clients all at one great location. Our Expo features a diverse group of exhibitors that fill an exhibit hall with living and raw foods,  related products, services literature and information. 

Our Exhibitor Friendly pricing makes it affordable for you to be an exhibitor at  the Expo.   Our pricing model is simple.  Reward exhibitors  for purchasing their tickets early.   I'm sure you will see we are the most cost-effective Raw Food Health Expo Anywhere!    

Our Attendee Friendly pricing assures you that we will have one-of-the-highest turnouts of any Raw Food Expo all year!

Food Vendors may offer the following at The Raw Health Expo

• Non Packaged Vegan, Raw Food that is prepared on site for consumption at the Raw Health Expo.
• Related items.

Food Vendors will have access to a shared commercial kitchen.

We may limit the numbers of food vendors, so register early to be assured your spot at the Raw Health Expo.

Food Vendor Booths for the Raw Health Expo are $399.99 at the door for the two day event.

We have special discounted rates if you pre-register online:

• $199.99 if you register before June 30th SAVE 50%

• $249.99 if you register before July 15th SAVE 37.5%

• $299.99 if you register before July 25th SAVE 25%

Included in the above price:

•  An 8 foot table and two chairs.
•  Two General Admission Tickets (Good for all activities)
•  A Listing on the website and in the program guide.

Please note:

• As a food vendor, you will have full access to the shared commercial kitchen space available on-site.
•  Vendor will need to supply their own decor, signage and draping.
•  A limited number of booths with Electrical outlets will be available, available on a first-come-first-served basis.
•  Booths will not have running water; but water is available in the facility.
• Please be mindful of the shared space, and we discourage the use of loud music or other noise, including the excessive high speed blenders that may disturb other vendors and participants.
• If you have additional staff,  and need extra tickets, tickets will need to be purchased for the staff.

As a food vendor, you will be required:

•  To have insurance certificate on file with us and present at the event.
•  Have a Sonoma County Health Permit
