We would like to invite you to be an exhibitor at the Raw Health Expo! Meet hundreds of potential clients all at one great location. Our Expo features a diverse group of exhibitors that fill an exhibit hall with living and raw foods,  related products, services literature and information. 

Our Exhibitor Friendly pricing makes it affordable for you to be an exhibitor at  the Expo.   Our pricing model is simple.  Reward exhibitors  for purchasing their tickets early.   I'm sure you will see we are the most cost-effective Raw Food Health Expo Anywhere!

Vendor tables for the Raw Health Expo are $299.99 at the door for the two day event.   (if any space is available).  

We have special discounted rates if you pre-register online:

• $249.99 if you register before July 28th SAVE $50.00

Included in the above price:

•  An 6 foot table and two chairs.
•  Two General Admission Tickets (Good for all activities)
•  A Listing on the website and in the program guide.

Please note:

• Vendor will need to supply their own decor, signage and draping.
• As a vendor you are allowed to display items you are bringing on the table.  There is no additional floor space infront or behind the table.
•  There are a limited amount of tables with electricity available (first come, first served).
•  There is to be no duct tape, shipping tape or any tape allowed to be taped to the walls, tables, chairs in the exhibitor hall.  Only BLUE PAINTERS tape will be allowed.
•  No holes are allowed in the walls or tables.
•  Booths will not have running water; but water is available in the facility.
• There is no smoking, and no candles or incense allowed.
• Styrofoam cups, plates and containers are not allowed.
• Please be mindful of the shared space, and we discourage the use of loud music or other noise, including the excessive high speed blenders that may disturb other vendors and participants.
• If you have additional staff,  and need extra tickets, tickets will need to be purchased for the staff.
• If you are selling any type of food (including packaged food), you will be required to have a Sonoma County Temporary Health Permit.  CLICK HERE FOR THE PERMIT INFORMATION.
• Please note:  Vendor Tables are subject to approval by the Raw Health Expo.  Should you not be approved, you will be issued a full refund.  We limit the number of each type of vendor.  Vendors who sign up early have the highest priority.
