Gretchen Koles

Gretchen has been interested in health and nutrition from an early age. Her family had a large organic vegetable garden with fruit trees, and she loved growing her own veggies and eating fresh food right from the garden. Years later as an adult, she developed an autoimmune disease, and she decided to try experimenting with her diet to see if she could heal herself. This nutritional journey eventually led her to adopt a raw vegan diet. Now she experiences vibrant health, a deepened spirituality, and more energy than she ever remembers, and she loves the abundant and delicious foods that support all of these aspects of her life.

With Gretchen's enthusiastic approach, her warm and friendly personality, and her creativity in the kitchen, you're in for a tasty, fun-filled presentation. Gretchen eats mostly fresh produce without using salt or oil, adjusting her diet as the seasonal offerings change during the year. You will enjoy several summer creations that are fast, easy and delicious.
