Thanks so much for putting this event on!  I really enjoyed it and appreciate the time and effort spent on putting it together.  It was even better organized than some of the other events I've been to and I liked the fact than you had someone in the back of the rooms holding up the timing signs to keep the speakers on schedule (unlike the Raw Spirit Fest). - Cindy

We attended your Expo this weekend and really enjoyed it. You did a wonderful job, everything was well organized (at least it appeared so to us outsiders) and the workshops were interesting and entertaining. Our favorites were Nomi Shannon, Novalee's spaghetti and ice cream, Terry Nieves, Kevin Gianni, and of course you and the coconut demo. We missed hearing a lot of the speakers since we could only be in one place at a time! My husband was also very impressed with Cherie Soria's talk on Sunday, which I missed.  We hope you make this an annual event, we certainly would like to come again. Best wishes, - Erna and Larry

 

I wanted to thank you for an incredible experience this weekend.  I had a great time, not only doing the Sprouting demo on Sunday, but meeting all of the wonderful people who attended. All those who came to my workshop - it was a full house - were truly interested in learning about sprouting, and took the information I provided very seriously, with questions and comments, which made me feel that there are going to be many more people partaking in sprouting as a way of eating more nutritious foods. That was a great feeling. Those people who stopped by the exhibitor's tables were also very enthusiastic about Living Foods and what they could provide in terms of health, etc. - Robin

We just had the MOST AMAZING weekend! First - The Expo! We're still totally riding the high we got from the first ever Santa Rosa Raw Health Expo! The expo was well attended both days, packed with lots of people both new to the raw food world and also many long term raw foodies! The speaker line up was also really good! Huge props to John Kohler, who organized the event and pulled it off with both grace & style - it certainly didn't feel like a first year event. It was such a great time that I'm already planning on it for next year! My presentation on Sunday Afternoon, Titled, "The Road to Health is Paved with Good Intestines" went really well, and then I was invited to participate on a panel with Dr.'s Rick and Karin Dina, Victoria Boutenko, Paul Nison and Cherie Soria, on "Controversial Raw Food Topics"...  - Shea

I expected this event to be really small (being the first annual event), and wondered weather I would regret purchasing a 2 day ticket.  But everything about this event felt warm, welcoming, interesting, approachable, and worthwhile. - Anonymous Attendee
