The closest commercial airport to Sebastopol, California is STS airport (Sonoma County Airport).  Only horizon air offers flights from STS,  they offer direct flights from Portland, Seattle, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.  It may cost significantly more to fly into STS.

The other major airports are SFO (San Francisco International Airport) and OAK (Oakland International Airport) Both are about a one hour and a half drive from Sebastopol.

Once at SFO or OAK airport, you can rent a car and drive to Sebastopol, or take public transportation.

You can also take Public Transportation from SFO or OAK airport. Please visit www.511.org and put in your starting point as SFO or OAK and the end address as 425 Morris Street, Sebastopol, CA.

Hotels and Motels

Sebastopol is a small town, and there are not many large hotels in town, and as such rates will be higher to stay in Sebastopol.  Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park are two cities that are close by that have many more lodging options

We have had a request for the lowest cost motels in the area.  The following  are the lowest price in the area:

  • Good Nite Inn-  Rohnert Park about 11.3 miles from the event.  (currently running $50 a night)
  • Motel 6 has 2 locations in Santa Rosa, they are both about 9 miles from the event. (currently running $65 a night)
  • Extended Stay America Santa Rosa South about 7.7 miles from the event. (currently running about $95 a night)
